“Don called to let me know when he was to arrive and showed up early. He explained everything he was to do before starting and stuck to the timeframe he initially mentioned. He was professional and pleasant to work with. Plus, even without me saying, he repaired the thermostat which had been loose for months. No charge and didn't even mention it while he was there. I just noticed later.

“I had a Rheem furnace installed in 2011 and had not scheduled any maintenance service until this year. Both my gas furnace and AC were inspected and tested as part of their service and although no major issues were identified, they conducted an effective and thorough service of my HVAC system. I had considered using one of the low cost, check-up services that I see with flyers in the mail but was very pleased in having returned to Quality West to conduct the maintenance check-up; they did a complete evaluation as opposed to the just a quick gloss over the system.
