“I have been a Quality West customer for almost a decade. In 2005, Rob and his team installed a new furnace, A/C and humidifier for me. Their teams have been out for maintenance every year and I am so glad! This past spring (2024), our furnace stopped working. Josh, Ben, Nick and Bob were super helpful in the process of getting it fixed. It was still on warranty!! They brought over individual heaters to keep us warm through the night so they could come out with the parts to fix it the next day. The individual care and concern I received was outstanding.
