“I have been a Quality West customer for almost a decade. In 2005, Rob and his team installed a new furnace, A/C and humidifier for me. Their teams have been out for maintenance every year and I am so glad! This past spring (2024), our furnace stopped working. Josh, Ben, Nick and Bob were super helpful in the process of getting it fixed. It was still on warranty!! They brought over individual heaters to keep us warm through the night so they could come out with the parts to fix it the next day. The individual care and concern I received was outstanding. I am so glad to be a Quality West customer!! Thank you!”

Ben, the technician, was knowledgeable and very experienced, and explained the repairs that were needed–an add-on electrical current booster for start-ups of the compressor, and some additional refrigerant (the level was low) with an added UV sealant/minor leak detector if the coolant level declined again. Did the whole thing–maintenance and repairs–in a single two-hour trip.

Can't say it was inexpensive, but good service and servicemen don't grow on trees. Very satisfied.”

“I went to the basement and discovered water flooding through the window and wall at 4:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I realized it had to be a burst pipe which connected to a baseboard radiator on the floor above. I called Rob’s cell and he called me back in a matter of minutes. Within 30 minutes he and Bob were at my house figuring out where the leak in the pipe was. They found one and then found another. The layout of the pipe was odd (outside the foundation) and they had to be creative in building a new pipe so that it wouldn’t freeze again. They were cheerful, informative, and gracious. They worked hard and got it repaired with minimal damage to drywall and building. I was amazed that they were able to get it all functional before they left. The price was quite reasonable given how long it took and that it was a Saturday night.”

“Our furnace was acting up and they sent Matt out within 24 hours. We have a Maintenance Plan with them so we scheduled that as well. Matt was extremely efficient, professional, and friendly. We have been using this company for a while and are very happy with their service. Matt did the furnace tune-up, fixed the problem and there were no extra charges due to having the plan. “Rob and his team (Bob, Dave, Steven) did a great job replacing our old boiler. Rob really knows boilers, and the new installation is a "work of art" with the way all the piping, etc. was laid out against their installed metal wall clading. They were able to add another zone so that our heating is more efficient and in exactly the areas that we want at any particular time. Their cleanup was great–they left the basement floor cleaner than it was before they started the job. I won't hesitate to use Rob/Quality West for all our future boiler servicing. “Great experience with Quality West. Originally, we worked with Rob who came out to fix a broken furnace and offered several solutions, and we choose to upgrade our system to a new gas furnace. “I had a Rheem furnace installed in 2011 and had not scheduled any maintenance service until this year. Both my gas furnace and AC were inspected and tested as part of their service and although no major issues were identified, they conducted an effective and thorough service of my HVAC system. I had considered using one of the low cost, check-up services that I see with flyers in the mail but was very pleased in having returned to Quality West to conduct the maintenance check-up; they did a complete evaluation as opposed to the just a quick gloss over the system.
I valued the insights of the serviceman as well as his polite and professional manner.”
